Services- items restored by Wrightway Studios.
Our quotes are free and valid for 14 days unless confirmation is required by insurance
A deposit is usually required once the quote is confirmed(unless an insurance invoice)
Refunds of deposits are permissible with 14 days however an office admin fee of $45 will be required
Quality repairs can be bespoke and slow, hence an approximate time of completion is our best advise with normal lead times of 2-3 months.
Items shipped outside Auckland attract a freight and packing charge
We reserve the right to dispose of unconfirmed items not collected within 3 months
We reserve the right to dispose any item not collected 6 months after due notice
Glass is inherently fragile and unpredictable by nature. All items are treated with care and respect, however we are unable to guarantee further deterioration due to environment, pre damaged state, age and owners care
We do not accept liability for loss or damage with items left with us and insurance remains owners responsibility
Exchanges apply to retail items only.
We are happy to exchange your item if it is the wrong size for an item of the same value. If you are unsure whether a dress or pair shoes will fit your doll please email us at email@example.com
Refunds- Retail Items
Full Priced Items: happy to exchange, issue a credit or refund as long as the item is in its original unworn condition with tags attached (postage not included)
Sale Items/Promo Code Offers: No exchanges or refunds on sale items.
All items need to be in their original condition with tags attached and returned within 30 days
Refunds will be made back to the original payment method e.g, if you paid by credit card you will receive the refund to your credit card

- Customer is responsible for shipping charges to Wrightway Studios/Auckland Dolls Hospital for returned items.
- Wrightway Studios and Auckland Doll's Hospital are not responsible for lost items
There are certain situations where no refunds or exchanges are given:
- Sales items marked FINAL sale
- Any item not in its original condition
- An item is marked or dirty
- Tags have been removed
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
