About Wrightway Studios
Wrightway Studios is the largest and only multi-service art restoration organisation in the southern hemisphere. We have 15 highly skilled artists on site from all over the globe that specialise in maintenance, repair and restoration of antique, collectable, sentimental and modern artworks. We restore ceramics, glass, paintings, toys and dolls, clocks and wooden and metal art objects.
When a treasured item is damaged, it can be brought back to its former beauty at Wrightway Studios where our international team of restorers can easily bring beauty out of destruction.
The History of Wrightway Studios
The studio originally started in the mid 1990s when a car drove through the local Lladro shop, demolishing the window display and causing thousands of dollars of damage to the ceramic lladro collectibles. This followed shortly after a major house fire in the eastern suburbs which eventually lead to the foundation of Wrightway Studios in its well known 227 Taniwha Street, Glen Innes address, which is also the home of the Auckland Dolls Hospital.
